English Department Presents Fall Live Oak Reading Series

Join the Department of English for the Fall Live Oak Reading Series. This series of readings help to foster a community focused on intellectual creativity at TCU.

All events are free and open to the public.

Tuesday, September 12, 6:30 p.m.

The first edition of the Live Oak Reading Series celebrates the release of new literature from authors and English Department faculty membersĀ Alex Lemon and Matthew Pitt. This event will take place in the TCU Bookstore.

Tuesday, October 26, 6:30 p.m.

The second edition will be held on October 26th in the Brown-Lupton University Union Ballroom in conjunction with the Office of Community Engagement’s conference on “Creative Expression & Social Justice,” and will feature poet and fiction writer Jarita Davis.

Thursday, November 2, 6:30 p.m.

The final edition of the Fall Live Oak Reading Series will be on November 2nd in Sid W. Richardson Lecture Hall 1 and will feature author Elena Passarello.
