The TCU AddRan College of Liberal Arts has been recognized by Academic Impressions
as one of the Best Places to Grow for AddRan's New Faculty Mentoring Program (NFMP).
The Best Places to Grow initiative showcases innovative and impactful higher education
leadership and professional development programs. The NFMP was recognized as the 2025
Best New Faculty Mentorship Program. The program is designed to help new faculty integrate
