Master of Liberal Arts (MLA)

 The MLA is pushing the boundaries of what a graduate program can be. Our dynamic classes are composed of students from all walks of life – from new graduates to seasoned professionals and grandparents alike. Our approach to graduate education is flexible – with classes online and in person– interdisciplinary and, most importantly, catered to you and your interests.


Master of Science in Criminal Justice & Criminology

This online graduate program emphasizes independent research and analytic thinking in examining topics and issues related to the study of crime and the criminal justice system.


Master of Arts in History

The TCU graduate program in history connects students with an outstanding and dedicated faculty and a program of study and research that can be tailored to meet their particular interests.


Ph.D. in History

The TCU Ph.D. program in history connects students with an outstanding and dedicated faculty and a program of study and research that can be tailored to meet their particular interests.


Master of Arts in English

Master’s students may take courses in rhetoric and composition; American, British and global literature; Latino, African-American and women’s literature; critical theory; professional writing and creative writing.


Ph.D. in Rhetoric & Composition

TCU is a mid-sized liberal arts university nestled in the vibrant, culturally rich Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our tradition of excellence in graduate studies combines intellectual development with practical training and professional mentoring. Because we admit only 10-12 students per year, we are able to give students individual attention throughout their degree program.
