Awards
The Department of Women and Gender Studies offers several exciting opportunities to recognize exemplary work on women, gender, sexuality, and intersectionality by both students and faculty.
- Any TCU undergraduate may apply for the Priscilla Tate Award
- WGST undergraduates are eligible for the Priscilla Tate Scholarship and the Yancy and Georgia Ellis Austin Prize
- Any current WGST graduate student may apply for the Graduate Research Award.
- TCU faculty that teach a WGST-attribute course are eligible for the Wise Woman Award, and WGST faculty may apply for the Faculty Research and Creative Activity Award.
- Any WGST student is eligible for membership in Triota, to be determined the semester before graduation
