Archiving & Publication Fees
Students completing a thesis or dissertation must pay a small “Archiving & Publication Fee“ by close of business the last weekday in February, May, and August for expected Spring, Summer, and Fall graduates, respectively. Near the end of each term, the AddRan’s Dean’s office will send a list of all students completing a thesis or dissertation to the Office of Graduate Studies which will forward the list to financial services. Financial services will then proceed to place the fee on each graduate student’s TCU Account. The student can then pay their fee via Web Check (Here is the link: https://stupay.tcu.edu/studentPayments/) or credit card.
