TCU is home to an award-winning
Air Force ROTC detachment: Det 845.

Our mission is to help students develop the leadership skills required to become a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. Through intense training and academic course work, the Reserve Officer Training Corps opens the door for entry into the finest Air Force in the world. TCU cadets have gone on to succeed in a range of exciting career fields from medical to aviation.

The training we offer instills Horned Frogs with an even greater sense of integrity, personal excellence and service before self. These values, coupled with the surroundings of a large accredited university, help create the type of well-rounded officers needed to lead the Air Force of the future.
